7, 8 and 9 May 11 Dutch sommeliers, serving in the most prestigious restaurants in the Netherlands, were invited to visit the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Program, visit the soils with geologist Georges Truc, tastings in several domains of the appellation, the dinner at the restaurant la table Sorgue with winemakers. Finally, picnic at Nalys (indoors due to high winds) ended the trip. A beautiful moment of sharing, discussion and tasting with serious and passionate professionals Netherlands.
